The TSH-600 Smart Honing Machine from Takasu Seiki is a high-productivity, multi-spindle Single Pass CNC honing system engineered for consistent, high-volume bore finishing. With 6 spindles, a Ø600 mm CNC indexing table (up to 8 stations), and a 5–36 mm bore range, it is ideal for hydraulic, automotive and precision engineering components.
Infinitely variable spindle speeds by a 5.5kw / 1440 rpm induction motor equipped with VFD. While LM guideways and ground ballscrews ensure smooth, accurate stroking, rapid traverses of 10,000 mm/min help reduce cycle times.
The TSH-600 delivers high precision geometric accuracies and surface finish. Tooling supports electroplated, diamond coated tools and expandable mandrels.
Driven by Fanuc/Syntec CNC and supported by a dual-bag filtration system, magnetic separator, auto-lubrication and a 160 kg table capacity, the TSH-600 is built for continuous, stable production.

Coolant & Filtration
The spindles of the multi-head are driven by an Induction Motor through a double toothed timer belt and pulley arrangement.
VFD enables infinitely variable spindle speed upto 1440 rpm through CNC program.
Counter Balance
Pneumatic Counter balance system ensures stable and smooth vertical movement of spindle head.
Machine is provided with Pneumatic FRL unit to ensure clean air.
